Thank you for your interest in supporting healthcare career exploration for students. This page outlines participation expectations, booth setup information, and event logistics.

Booth Experience Expectations

  • Interactive, hands-on experiences are strongly encouraged

  • Bring tools, equipment, or materials used in the profession

  • Focus on career awareness, not active hiring

  • Professionals currently working in the role are preferred over recruiters

Setup, Event & Breakdown Times

  • Vendor Setup: 7:30 am | Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026 

  • Event Hours: 8:15 - 1:15

  • Breakdown: 1:15 - 2:00pm

Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event unless prior approval is granted.

Space & Logistics

  • Table and chairs provided: Yes

  • Electricity: Limited availability

  • Wi-Fi: Yes

Vendor Interest Form

Submitting this form does not guarantee participation. Vendors will be selected based on event goals and capacity. Confirmed vendors will receive a detailed logistics email including a venue map and final instructions.
