HEALTHCARE CAREERS –

PATHWAYS TO SUCCESS!

In the Health Science career cluster, you can choose a career that promotes health and wellness or a career that diagnoses and treat injuries and diseases. Some careers involve working directly with people, while others involve research into diseases or collecting and formatting data and information. The healthcare career cluster is organized into five career pathways.

Within the five career pathways, there are many job choices and career ladders for those with varying levels of education ranging from a high school diploma (or equivalent) to an associate's, bachelor's, master's, or other advanced professional degree. Regardless of where you fall in the spectrum of education or experience, there are career advancement opportunities for new employees entering the healthcare industry and for those who are currently employed and eager to advance to higher skilled jobs.
