1. Medical assistants perform both blood draws and immunizations to patients. Are you comfortable with performing these job duties?

4. Which counties are you willing to commute to for your externship (clinicals) and job as a Medical Assistant? (Ie. Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Kenosha, Washington)
5. Are you planning on pursuing further education at a tech school or 4 year college within the next 2 years? If yes, when are you looking to go back to school, and what degree would you be going back to school for? Please put N/A if you are not planning on going back to school.
